The primary objective of the workshop was to create awareness about the immense opportunities available within the MSME sector and to encourage students to explore self-employment as a viable and sustainable career option. The session emphasized the importance of becoming independent and reducing reliance on conventional employment pathways.

Ramgarhia Polytechnic College celebrated Vigilance Awareness Week on 30th October 2025 with great enthusiasm and active participation from both staff and students. S. Jaswinder Singh, Senior Lecturer in Physics, administered the Integrity Oath to all faculty members and students, inspiring everyone to uphold honesty and transparency in all walks of life.

Principal Mrs. Rupinder Kaur, along with the Heads of the Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, and Computer Departments, participated wholeheartedly in the event. The objective of the week-long celebration was to promote integrity, accountability, and a corruption-free environment within the institution.

Various activities and awareness programs such as slogan writing, poster making, essay writing, cartoon drawing, Rangoli competitions, and speeches were organized to spread awareness about ethical values and the importance of vigilance in everyday life. Students participated with great zeal and showcased their creativity and commitment to moral values.

In her address, Principal Mrs. Rupinder Kaur encouraged students and staff to practice integrity in their personal and professional lives. She emphasized that such observances play a vital role in building a transparent and responsible society.

On the sacred occasion of International Yoga Day, Ramgarhia Polytechnic College, Phagwara stood as a proud torchbearer of India’s ancient wisdom by organizing a soul-enriching yoga event that brought together students, faculty, and staff in a unified rhythm of breath, movement, and mindfulness.

Yoga is not just a posture — it is a path to purpose, a bridge between the restless world outside and the stillness within. The event, held on June 21, 2025, was more than a celebration; it was a collective awakening — a reminder that real education must go beyond textbooks to cultivate clarity, calmness, and character.
