Ramgarhia Polytechnic College, Phagwara, has once again brought immense pride to the institution by achieving remarkable success in the State PTIS Games (2025-26) held at various Government Polytechnic Colleges across Punjab. The college’s outstanding performance reflects its strong commitment to promoting sports, discipline, and all-round student development.
In a moment of great pride, the Football Team of Ramgarhia Polytechnic College secured the 3rd Position in the State PTIS Football Championship (2025-26) held at Government Polytechnic College, Batala. This achievement holds special significance as the football team has made a glorious comeback after 10 long years, proudly re-establishing the college’s reputation in state-level sports. The team’s success is credited to the determined efforts and leadership of Team Incharges Mr. Gaganpreet Singh (Lecturer, ECE Department) and Mr. Pardeep Lal (Workshop Instructor), whose constant guidance and motivation inspired the players to give their best on the field.
Adding another feather to the college’s cap, the Volleyball Team secured the 2nd Position in the State PTIS Volleyball Championship (2025-26) held at Government Polytechnic College, Amritsar. The team demonstrated exceptional teamwork, agility, and perseverance throughout the tournament. The success came under the dedicated mentorship of Team Incharges Mr. Vishal Verma and Mr. Sandeep Singh, whose consistent training and encouragement helped the players achieve this milestone.
Principal Mrs. Rupinder Kaur congratulated both teams for their exemplary performances and lauded the players for their discipline, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship. She also appreciated the sincere efforts of the team incharges for their continuous dedication and support.
