Admission to Diploma Courses Session 2025–26

Ramgarhia Polytechnic College, Phagwara invites online applications for admission to Diploma Level Courses for the academic session 2025–26. The admission process is governed by the Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training (PSBTE & IT), Chandigarh, and will be conducted through centralized online counselling.

Our college offers five major diploma programs designed to build strong technical expertise and prepare students for successful careers in engineering and technology. These programs are:

Electrical Engineering
Computer Science and Engineering
Electronics and Communication Engineering

We also offer Lateral Entry admissions directly to the second year of the diploma for students who have completed ITI or 10+2 (vocational stream). In addition, working professionals seeking formal qualifications can opt for special diploma programs designed specifically for them.

Choice Filling: 10.06.2025 to 19.06.2025
Result Declaration: 25.06.2025
Document Verification & Fee Deposit: 25.06.2025 to 06.07.2025

Second Round of Counselling:

Online Registration: 02.07.2025 to 14.07.2025
Choice Filling: 09.07.2025 to 15.07.2025
Result Declaration: 18.07.2025
Document Verification & Fee Deposit: 18.07.2025 to 24.07.2025

Third Round of Counselling:

Starts from 29.07.2025 onwards and will continue as per the final schedule announced by AICTE, New Delhi.
