The grand celebration of Har Ghar Tiranga at Ramgarhia Polytechnic College, Phagwara on 15th August 2025 marked a moment of immense pride and patriotic fervour for our entire academic community. This event was not merely a symbolic display of the National Flag, but a collective reaffirmation of our unshakable commitment to the ideals of unity, respect, and service to the motherland.



 Under the guidance and visionary leadership of Principal Madam Mrs. Rupinder Kaur, the entire event was planned and executed with precision, ensuring that each moment carried both meaning and dignity. The morning began with the ceremonial flag hoisting, followed by the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with pride and deep emotion. The sight of the Tricolour fluttering high against the clear blue sky served as a powerful reminder of the sacrifices and dreams that have shaped our nation.

The wholehearted participation of our faculty, senior faculty members, and students was the heart of this celebration. Special mention is made of Civil Engineering Department Head S.Charandeep Singh, Electrical Engineering Department Head Mr. Varun Shingari, Mechanical Engineering Department Head Mr. Gaurav Kumar, Electronics Engineering Department Head S. Simranjeet Singh, Computer Science Department Head Mrs. Poonam Rana, and Workshop Superintendent S.Manjit Singh for their active involvement and leadership during the programme. Alongside them, several respected senior faculty members from various departments graced the occasion with their presence, adding further dignity and inspiration to the event.

The programme included an awareness rally within and around the campus to promote the respectful display of the National Flag in accordance with the Flag Code of India. In addition, an eco-friendly initiative was undertaken, where hand-made flags were prepared and distributed in nearby localities, reinforcing our commitment to both national pride and environmental responsibility.

Every gesture, every coordinated effort, and every united voice on this day reflected the values Ramgarhia Polytechnic College, Phagwara stands for — discipline, dedication, civic awareness, and a deep respect for our national identity.
