Our History – A Glorious Journey of Vision and Commitment
The foundation of Ramgarhia Polytechnic College is deeply embedded in a legacy of vision, service, and social upliftment. This journey began in 1929, when Late S. Mohan Singh Hadiabadi, a great philosopher and the founding President of Ramgarhia Educational Council, established a modest primary school in a large community gathering. His mission was clear: to provide inclusive education — both technical and general — to the rural and underprivileged segments of society, without any discrimination of caste or creed.
He urged the community to contribute in any form—money, land, labor—and inspired a collective movement rooted in selfless service. Driven by this missionary zeal, the institution grew rapidly: upgraded to middle school in 1933, high school in 1935, and Higher Secondary School by 1961 — now functioning as a Senior Secondary School.

Carrying Forward the Legacy
The Council has been shaped by the dynamic stewardship of great leaders like Late S. Mohan Singh Hadiabadi, Late S. Mela Singh Bhogal, Late S. Pritam Singh Bhogal, and Late S. Bharpur Singh Bhogal, whose contributions remain etched in the institution’s foundation.
Today, this proud legacy continues to flourish under the visionary leadership of Mrs. Manpreet Kaur Bhogal — a dynamic and progressive leader dedicated to advancing education and empowering society.
A journey that began with a single school now stands as a beacon of learning and leadership across Punjab.
